Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Uniboo (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Uniboo provides software tools for designing, backtesting, and optionally autotrading Bitcoin options strategies using historical and live data from Deribit. The Service is a software platform; we do not act as a broker, custodian, exchange, or financial advisor.

2. Accounts

To use the Service you must create an account with a valid email and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription Plans & Billing

• Free Plan: Available indefinitely at no cost. Includes 50 backtests per month, 5 saved strategy memories, and limited AI chat & AI Booster usage. Backtest count and AI usage allowance reset on the 1st of each calendar month. Does not include autotrading.
• Standard ($49/month): Higher AI usage allowance, unlimited backtests, and additional saved strategy memories. Does not include autotrading.
• Pro ($149/month): Highest AI usage allowance, unlimited backtests, unlimited saved strategy memories, and 24/7 autotrading.
• Top-ups: Optional one-time purchases that add additional AI usage to your account.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. The renewal amount equals your current plan price.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full card details.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal (accessible inside the app). On cancellation, you retain access through the end of your current paid period. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current period — see our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code.
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or third-party agreement (including Deribit's terms).
• Share your account credentials with others or operate multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or harm the Service or other users.
• Use automated scrapers, bots, or scripts other than the Service's own provided tools.

6. Trading Risk Disclaimer

Bitcoin options and futures trading involves substantial risk of loss. Backtested results are based on historical data and do not guarantee future performance. The Service is a tool to help you design and execute your own trading decisions. You are solely responsible for any trades you place, whether manually or via the autotrading feature. Uniboo does not provide financial, investment, or tax advice.

7. Autotrading

The autotrading feature places live orders on your Deribit account using credentials you supply. You retain full custody of your funds on Deribit. You are responsible for monitoring your account, setting appropriate risk limits, and stopping the autotrading at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uniboo and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, trading losses, or data loss, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to factors outside our control (including third-party APIs such as Deribit, Stripe, or Anthropic).

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms us or other users. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
